Terms Of Use
1. You don’t have to have a website to join Pixel Sensations, but if you do, you must give me your url.
2. When people are signing up to join your membership site, if it is stated *Please* in your terms of use that anyone with a members area has to give you their
user name and password so you can make sure they are abiding to your terms, then you MUST do the same for me. If you don’t expect a user name and password,
then you do NOT need to give me one to your site. If you do give me a user name and password to view your site, you can rest assured that I will NEVER use anything
within your members area (unless i’m a member there already obviously), and if *Respect* i’m not a member there, and see anything I like, i WILL pay the membership fees to use it.
3. From the moment that I receive your fee to join my site, there will be NO refunds for any reason. Please make sure you understand this BEFORE you sign up.
4. At all times, a membership logo must be visible on your site linking back to http://pixelsensations.com/pixels. I will check sites every so often to make sure that
you are abiding by this, and if you do NOT have a logo on your site, I will email you and give you 5 days to put up a logo. If after that 5 days you haven’t, you WILL be removed
from membership and no refund will be given.
5. You MUST give credit to my site at all times for anything that you use within the membership area.
6. Please do not alter my graphics in any way. Exceptions to this rule are: hair and eye color changes, clothes color changes and adding text.
7. You MAY add other graphics to mine to make a new graphic.
8. You can use my graphics for paid or linkware premades, adoptables and sig tags, but please do NOT retube my graphics.
9. At times I will offer siggies to my members that only I can personalise. All the rest of the siggies in the site are zipped up so that you can personalise them as you wish,
but they are NOT to be resold for profit in either real or forum money at any time. They may be given to other people as gifts, but NOT for profit!
10. At NO time are my tubes to be offered on your own site. Tubes are to be used for premades, sigtags, stationary & websets, whether for sale or personal use and that *Terms*
is it, no exceptions.
11. Outlines and tuts may be tubed to use in your members area ONLY with a tube license which will cost current members $20. Tube license is only available with lifetime membership. Whether free or paid, it doesn’t matter, but they are NOT to be placed anywhere that just anyone can download them. **Please note that the tube license does NOT enable you to sell tube packs. To offer tube packs outside a password protected members area, you MUST purchase an all inclusive license which includes lifetime membership, tube license and commercial licence.**
13. If you wish to use any of the graphics, lineart or tutorials for offline use (embroidery, cross stich patterns etc), you must purchase a commercial license, which includes a lifetime
membership. IF you are already a lifetime member, a fee of $60 MUST be paid before you can use anything for offline use.
14. I reserve the right to change or add to these terms at any time!

I am writing to ask if stuff from your site is allowed to be used on myspace. I am making a list of can and can’ts to inform everyone so that there is no misunderstanding. Example of how it is used - to make sig tags and blinkies. Please let me know so that I may add you to the list thanks so much for your time.
